Governance
Stephen Catlin, Group CEO, has executive responsibility for the corporate responsibility (CR) programme and reports to the Board on progress. The Group Executive Committee reviews strategy, performance and achievement against targets on a formal basis at least once a year.
Reporting
Our corporate responsibility reporting approach is as follows:
- a section in the Annual Report and Accounts is the primary reporting mechanism, covering all activities falling under the broad heading of CR
- in addition, this section of the website contains more detailed information about our CR achievements
- information is also shared through The Catwalk (the Catlin intranet) to keep our people informed and to encourage their participation.
Group Sustainability Committee
The purpose of the committee is to provide direction and oversee the implementation of the sustainability aspects of Catlin’s corporate responsibility strategy.
The committee's main area of focus is the way in which Catlin interacts with the environment and seeks to better understand the potential changes.
